Ask your Builder for a preferred lenders list and select a lender so you can get your construction loan approved.
 

Start your conceptual drawings and based on the conceptual design ACM will offer you a PBA (Preliminary Building Agreement).
 

Schedule an appointment to customize your design and blueprints and get your final FIXED PRICE CONTRACT.
 

Sign your contract and pay your deposit so the Builder can prepare & send your plan package to your lender and start the permitting process.
 

Provide your preconstruction paperwork & watch us build your new home.
